Registration (closed)

SPAWC 2020 has been re-envisioned as a virtual conference, for the safety of our community and to offer an inclusive experience. This major redesign is allowing us the opportunity to reduce expenses and expand content offerings. We are pleased to announce that IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) is offering SPAWC attendance as complimentary to any attendees that are not covering a paper, with the goal of being able to bring cutting-edge SPAWC sessions to our community around the globe.
We hope that this offering reaches new members of our community and creates engaging discussions within the virtual conference platform.
To download the Electronic copy of the workshop proceedings, please check out the online proceedings here. You can also download the zip file here. The username and password are emailed to the registered attendees.
Author registration: One full registration (SPS Member, IEEE Member or non-Member) is required by Friday, 15 May 2020 to cover the paper publication and presentation, but SPAWC is being planned as a break-even conference. Only one full registration fee is needed to cover up to four papers.
Registration is handled by EDAS. Please login to EDAS, update your profile and then register.

Non-Presented Paper (No-Show) Policy

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy present the paper at the virtual conference, by uploading a video presentation and being present at the corresponding Question and Answer (Q&A) Forum. This Q&A Forum will consist of a public board associated with each paper where attendees may post questions. Questions posted during one week after the scheduled presentation time should be answered within the next 72 hours after posting. Session chairs will monitor the activity of these Q&A sessions and will be asked to report back on situations of inactivity, which will potentially imply the declaration of a no-show. Should this be the case, the paper will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but will still be distributed to conference attendees as conference proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to IEEE, unless reclaimed by submitting a request to IEEE. Conference organizers are required to collect attendance records and a list of any non-presented papers and submit to IEEE Signal Processing Society.
Exceptions to this policy will be made by the Technical Program Chair(s) of the conference only if there is evidence that the no-show occurred because of unanticipated events beyond the control of the authors, and every option available to the authors to present the paper was exhausted. The no-show authors may appeal the decision of the Technical Program Chair to the VP-Conferences.

Refund Policy

All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable.
